What you can expect from this role:

  • Attend to and triage internal and external guest requests, calls and emails & provide resolution as needed

  • Accurately receive, record & relay messages

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Able to prioritise and manage high volume calls

Experience/Skills required for this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a 4-5 Star Hotel advantageous

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • Effectively manage your time and follow instructions

  • Enjoy a fast-paced hotel environment
