What you can expect from this role:

Attend to and triage internal and external guest requests, calls and emails & provide resolution as needed

Accurately receive, record & relay messages

Provide exceptional customer service

Able to prioritise and manage high volume calls
Experience/Skills required for this role:

Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a 4-5 Star Hotel advantageous

Ability to work in a team environment

Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays

Effectively manage your time and follow instructions

Enjoy a fast-paced hotel environment
