Annual salary: up to £37,485.00Multi Skills OperativeLocation: CambridgeSalary up to £37,485.00Plus, van and great company benefits.We are looking for you to be part of a local team responsible for high-standard multi-trade repairs and testing activities in commercial, residential, and public buildings, delivering best-in-class customer service while satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.About you and the role:You will have a certified core trade and complimenting this can deliver additional trade activities in support of completing repair/refurbishment works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.Role Criteria:
- Suitable qualified in one or more fields, Heating Engineer, Utilities, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Plumping, Commercial Plant rooms, Gas, Unvented Systems.
- Industrial plant rooms
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Numeracy skills.
- Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Able to use a PDA following training.
- Able to demonstrate experience in delivering excellent customer experience.
- Full and current driving licence.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrates company values.
