Making up the rest of the Approved Used stock are cars sourced directly from BMW UK, where any upkeep has been performed to the highest of standards.The Country Garage, one of Northern Ireland’s most prestigious BMW Centres, is wishing to recruit a BMW Service Advisor.Permanent | Ballymena | Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.00pmUncapped bonus – OTE £35,000About the roleAs a BMW Service Advisor, you will be the focal point of contact for our service and repair customers. • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent qualification
• 2 years previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
• A good understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Previous experience in promoting and upselling services, parts and accessories to customers
• Ability to diagnose customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• A valid UK drivers license

Desired Criteria

• Previous experience using Kerridge management software
• Familiarity with BMW models and their specific service requirements
• Additional certifications or training in automotive technology
