A Day in The Life Of:

Join our dynamic team and pioneer User Experience Research within our Global Operations Innovation function. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Strategic Vision & Planning: Begin by shaping our user experience research direction, defining UX goals, and tracking metrics.
• Conducting Research: Engage in diverse research activities, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Collaboration & Design: Work across various teams to foster a shared user-centric vision, design wireframes, and prototype the user experience.
• Reflection & Growth: Influence decision-making processes, follow the entire production machine’s lifecycle, and evaluate post-launch.

Key Skills & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise & Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the industry, including extensive research on consumer and B2B products.
• Tools & Skills: Deep and broad research toolkit with proficiency in multiple research methods and wireframe/prototype design.
• Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, with a proven record of balancing user needs and business goals.
• Industry Recognition: Contributions to the field such as publications, speaking engagements, or awards.
