CBRE is a global real estate and property services organisation. Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team lead the Australian and global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across all sectors.
The Opportunity
Highly experienced Senior Administrator to support the Valuations State Director, broader leadership team and Alternative Assets valuation division.
Set up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high standard.
Providing management and co-ordination of valuation instructions to support the team to ensure deadlines are met.
Finance support related duties; co-ordinating the processing of invoices, annual leave, expense, and debtor management for the broader NSW Valuations Business
Reviewing reporting requirements, leading and co-ordinating compliance of admin processes and participating in system development for the broader NSW Valuations Business.
About you
Senior Administration experience with the ability to organise and manage daily time critical tasks with accuracy and speed (experience within the property of finance sector preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships.
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
