Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, focusing on attracting high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, evaluating, and extending offers.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, social media, job fairs, and partnership with educational institutions and professional organizations.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, advise on recruitment best practices, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Enhance employer brand visibility and reputation in Ireland through targeted recruitment marketing, employer branding initiatives, and community engagement.Utilize data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring in Ireland.Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, strengthening the organization’s position as an employer of choice.Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, and understand their unique needs and challenges.Create a positive and inclusive recruitment experience for all candidates, promoting diversity and equal opportunity.Stay abreast of trends and changes in the recruitment landscape, continuously enhancing recruitment practices.Act as a role model and mentor within the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.Proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in a competitive environment.In-depth knowledge employment laws and recruitment practices.Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.)Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home)Travel 25%The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
