This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is looking to gain account management experience.This role is focused on ensuring that we delivery on our client DAA, managing their recruitment process and supporting them in every way that we can to find the talent that they need in the time they need it.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating screening and interviewing process: administering assessments, screening CVs, and conducting screening calls and interviews
  • Actively managing a pipeline of candidates during the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition of any new hires
  • Managing candidates’ experiences by answering their queries and guiding them through the process
  • Administering paperwork related to candidates’ onboarding process to meet requirements and standards set by the Irish Aviation Authority.
  • Liaising with the client’s HR department to identify staffing needs and the candidate’s transition process.
  • Maintaining records of all materials used for the recruitment process including statistical data.
  • Creating or amending job descriptions and interview questionnaires to reflect client’s requirements.
  • Participating and assisting clients in job-related events and fairs.

Requirements for this role

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery role
  • Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
