Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Expertise in senior talent search and high-volume recruitment.
Strong Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and senior executives. Proven success in influencing stakeholders and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Data-Driven Approach: Experience with data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness, track key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire), and identify areas for improvement.
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Proactive and innovative in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, employer branding, social media recruiting, and leveraging diverse talent pools.
Relationship Builder: A natural networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry contacts, and external partners.
Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
