Project descriptionApplication Modernization Practice is a horizontal practice, supporting all business verticals in Luxoft. We are looking for a Senior System Analyst who will be able to work with different domain zones.Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow;
Recovering the design, requirement specifications and functions of a system from an analysis of its code;
Translate non-technical requirements into clear technical specifications;
Preparing OpenAPI specification for new REST-services;
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
Management of inter-team dependencies;
Decompose requirements into features and stories;
Maintain system knowledge base;
Participate in support, analysis and troubleshooting of production issues;
Participate in the optimization of internal team processes;
SKILLSMust have
Must have:
Ready to deep work with Assembler and Mainframe Must have:
Advanced English and communication skills
At least 3 years of experience in a BA/SA role
Analytical mindset
Understanding of and practical experience with different types of requirements and different ways of formulating requirements
Experience in analyzing and documenting integrations
Experience of working on projects with international stakeholders (USA, UK)
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, UML)
Good understanding and practical experience: o JSON/XML o HTTP/REST, OpenAPI o SQL
Experience with scrum
Nice to have
Experience with microservices architecture, message brokers • Experience with IBM zOS mainframe • Understanding of IBM High-Level Assembler, COBOL
