Senior Software Engineer, Frontend – AI

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement and integrate Frontends that guide the usage of AI capabilities: develop and integrate frontend applications into our existing product stack (e.g., into the Modeling applications). These frontend applications will guide our users applying new AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise workflows.

What You Bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• Extensive Experience with JavaScript and React
• Analytical problem-solving and root-causing skills
• High degree of curiosity and passion about what you do
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset.

Nice-to-haves:

• 5yrs of experience as a rough guideline
• Experience integrating with existing AI offerings, including tuning, training, etc.
  • Experience with GenAI, RAG & fine tuning
• Experience working  with BPMN

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00
