- Lead and manage all on-site activities for the 65 house development project.
- Ensure the project is delivered in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with contract manager, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Oversee compliance with building regulations, health & safety protocols, and company standards.
- Mentor and manage site staff, ensuring high productivity and morale.
- Handle any challenges on-site with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
About You:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in site management, with at least 5 years as Senior Site Manager on residential projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Thorough knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
