Are you an Senior Site Manager looking for a new role/challenge?Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector?Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
Our client has recently secured a new scheme located close to Reading, Berkshire. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late September and you will report to a site based Project Manager.

- Previous experience as an Senior Site Manager
- Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
- Previous experience in leading or being a number 2 on a project with a contract value of up to £10m plus
- Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
