This role is central to delivering high-quality construction, managing technical requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders.

  • Project Execution: Support the Site Manager/Project Manager in delivering the project scope efficiently from start to completion.
  • Setting Out and Technical Oversight: Perform setting out tasks using total station and GPS equipment and manage technical and engineering requirements, including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
  • AutoCAD and Documentation: Utilise AutoCAD to upload as-builts, assist with monthly valuations, and manage BCAR and Irish Water documentation submissions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control measures align with the project’s BCAR plan, delivering high standards of workmanship.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work collaboratively with design consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to track progress, review valuations, and identify risks.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards, creating a safe working environment for all.
  • Resource and Team Management: Foster team collaboration and effectively manage resources to meet project timelines and objectives.
