This is an exceptional opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Service Sales Specialist for Laboratory Instruments. Key responsibilities:
Qualify new sales opportunities and provide prospects to increase contract attachment rates through lead generation.
Meet or exceed defined Key Performance Indicators to drive exceptional sales performance.
Communicate with customers through daily outbound telephone calls and emails to all levels and functional areas.
Maintain and update customer contact information in our internal management system.
Support the sales quoting process and participate in contract negotiations.
Capitalize on training opportunities to develop in-depth knowledge of our service and support offerings.
Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Understand the competitive landscape to position our products effectively.
Use information from various sources to analyze and develop sales opportunities with high returns on investment.
Support marketing programs as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and with maximum productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in service sales.
We value individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the world.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding goals and objectives, with a focus on achieving results.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet
Must deliver excellent customer service
Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed
