£44,000 – £50,000 (OTE £60k) + 39 Hour week + Door to Door Pay + Benefits
Dingwall, HighlandsAre you a Service Engineer with knowledge of Plant or Agricultural machinery diagnostics, looking to step up into senior position where you will be responsible for leading a team and training apprentices?Do you want to progress your career and land a role that offers responsibility, autonomy and a blend of workshop and field work, with ample opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and bonuses?In this role you will be servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of Plant and Agricultural machinery. You will receive expert, manufacturer accredited training on this companies core machinery to become a fully independent and autonomous Field Engineer. Also, there are progression opportunities into supervisory positions and even depot management, for highly motivated employees.This company is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of plant and agricultural equipment in the United Kingdom. They have built a solid reputation over the last 40 years for providing the best quality equipment and have grown consistently since their start and are looking to capitalise on this growth with this recent vacancy.This role would suit a Service Engineer from a Plant or Agricultural background with knowledge of diagnostics, looking for a senior position where you will be responsible for leading a team and training apprentices.The Role:

• Attending breakdowns at client sites, carrying out service and repairs on plant / agricultural equipment
• Leading a service team and training apprentices
• A blend of workshop and field-based work
• Optional overtime to significantly boost earnings
• Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm, early finish on Fridays
