About The RoleRole: Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator
Contract Length: 9 months
Location: Hybrid/London – 50% hybrid

Pay Rate to Intermediary: Up to £241.07 per daySpinwell is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR
- Support consultants in the delivery of the end of end executive recruitment life cycle
- Handle high volumes of administrative activities in a large, complex, and highly unionised organisation and adapt to multiple administrative requests from the team with a high attention to detail.
- Support delivery of recruitment assessments and facilitate candidate introductions, providing a high degree of customer service
- Provide support to a wider HR team including working flexibly and responding to changing demands
- Communicate with and influence a range of senior level stakeholders
- Solve challenges with high levels of complexity
- Use Linkedin to help enhance client’s employer value proposition.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR
- Preferably have 2+ years’ administrative experience in an office environment, ideally in a recruitment, resourcing or HR function (essential)
- Experience in the strategic coordination of recruitment activities (essential)
- Extensive attention to detail (essential and must be able to demonstrate this)
- Driven and passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment – with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle (essential)
- Experience and confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the business (essential)
- Ideally have a blend of in house and agency experience
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively to meet challenging deadlines
- Experience of working with confidential information with high attention to detail (essential)
- An understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Extensive communication skills; written, verbal and numerical
- Experience of working with HR systems i.e. SAP, online recruitment tools etc. (essential)
- Facilitation and delivery of senior stakeholder assessments (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office including Excel skills
- Experienced with project management
- Ideally have experience of using LinkedIn or other attraction methods to source (essential)
