Rare opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to take on an exciting portfolio of properties in the Sydney Metro area, working on a large national account. You will be driven to maximise the performance of the property portfolio by working with owners, landlords and investors to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.

The role:

  • Accountable for the overall performance of the properties

  • Responsible to deliver property management services including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues

  • Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the client.

  • Prepare an annual business strategy plan on all aspects of the management to the client

  • Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained

  • Maintain a current an accurate tenancy schedule

  • Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers, and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements

  • Assist in the administration of all liaises to ensure compliance by owners and tenants

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

  • A property related qualification and proven experience in property management working with large property portfolios or assets consisting of office, retail and/or industrial assets

  • Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations

  • Current NSW drivers license and vehicle

  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
