This role requires full project lifecycle management-from planning to execution-ensuring compliance, quality control, and commercial viability.The Senior Project Manager will split their time 50/50 between office and site-based activities, so candidates should either be local to Bolsover or willing to travel to the office 2-3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee passive fire protection projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all firestopping systems meet UK/European fire safety regulations.
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on design, materials, and installation techniques.
• Team & Subcontractor Management: Lead teams of installers, oversee subcontractor work, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to coordinate projects.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and process improvements.
• Commercial & Financial Control: Maintain contract profitability through proactive management.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records using One Trace project management software.

Experience/ Skills Required:

• Experience managing passive fire protection projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of firestopping systems, materials, and UK/EU regulations.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and supervising teams.
• Proficiency in project management software, ideally One Trace or similar.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to travel between office and project sites (2-3 days per week in Bolsover).
