We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the supervision, management, and successful delivery of high-profile construction projects. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for quality and innovation, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you will:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects or multiple smaller projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success.Monitor financial performance and report key milestones to company Directors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and stakeholders.Provide clear communication and updates on project progress at all stages.What We’re Looking ForA relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.A self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively.A full, clean driving license and access to your own transport.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Aisling Lane.(021) 4320675
