Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of projects that meet the highest standards for both the company and their clients.Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects with confidence, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance.
Maintain the highest quality standards and integrity throughout each project.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
Manage communications with all stakeholders and keep them in the loop.
Identify and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate all aspects of project delivery.
Provide regular progress reports to keep everyone updated.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors.
Develop detailed project plans for clients and internal teams.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring smooth progress from design to construction.
Keep Directors and clients informed of financial and construction milestones.
