The role:

• Presidio is looking for a customer-facing Project Manager with experience leading all aspects of application development, cloud and DevOps client projects.
• As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing large-scale customer projects. You will ensure the successful delivery is within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• You will serve as one of the primary points of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

The team:

• You will be joining the Cloud Services division of Presidio, working in a hybrid role in the London office.
• This team manages and drives our Cloud Services’ most critical, complex, and enterprise level projects for our clients in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Technology, and Energy industries.
• You will deliver professional service projects in the cloud native application development, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, and Cloud Migration spaces, requiring a deep understand of the software development lifecycle, Agile processes, technical project delivery, and Cloud (Amazon Web Services).
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, experience working for a consultancy, and strong knowledge of cloud services and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage customer-facing projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and effectively managing stakeholder expectations (Scrum sessions, project status meetings, technical deep dives, workshops etc).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Ireland, India and the US, including consultants, architects, engineers, designers, and QA testers, to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communication channels, ensuring clear and transparent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Drive project delivery excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Review the team’s ways of working identifying ways of improving processes leveraging automation and fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency and rapid growth.

• Close collaboration and alignment with the delivery and sales team leadership to drive consistent business value for our customers and support the overall business goals and strategy of Presidio.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager, leading customer-facing projects in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication, account management and relationship building skills with an ease in front of clients.
• SCRUM Master Certification with experience in product development.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Project software as well as collaboration platforms i.e. Asana, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho.
• Demonstrable skills across all standard project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and propose innovative improvements across the team as we scale.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities and deadlines, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements and circumstances.
• Strong time management, analytical, communication, thought leadership, team building, motivational and customer service skills.
• Passion, creativity, energy, and enthusiasm towards collaborating on the exciting growth and development of our company.
• A desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, solutions and understand the business needs of our customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.

Desired Experience:

• PMP, iTIL, Sigma or similar professional certification
• Experience leading projects which leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Microsoft Azure technologies
• Managing Cloud projects across: App development, Data engineering and analytics, Cloud migration & modernisation and Cloud consumption
