The Role: Senior Product Manager

Job Location: We have a Dublin Office – open to hybrid Dublin area-based candidates only

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to make a significant impact on our member experience and to transform our customers into loyal members. This role requires a user-first mentality, a strong data-driven mindset, and excellent leadership skills, collaborating with engineering, UX design, project management, marketing, and merchandising.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead product strategy jobsnear.net You will set and drive the strategic direction of Rue and Gilt’s e-commerce platform, driving a compelling vision and leading a cross-functional team to execute iteratively.
• Develop your own roadmap jobsnear.net You will own parts of the product roadmap for key strategic initiatives that transform RGG’s shopping experience and create new ways to make shopping an occasion to celebrate. You will set up your engineering team to efficiently launch products and features, by removing the things that get in their way. You live and breathe prioritization.
• Ownership jobsnear.net What you build is what you’re responsible for—and you love that kind of responsibility! You will give direct feedback on your product by being hands-on, using the product, and testing early features.
• Move the company forward jobsnear.net You navigate tradeoffs to enable our core platform to scale order volume, delight millions of customers, and support our developers to innovate more quickly.
• Bring product ideas to life jobsnear.net You will write user stories, gather product requirements, and manage product execution. After having identified specific product needs and ensuring adoption, you will manage JIRA tickets, plan sprints, and manage projects with stakeholders as well as customers.
• Collaborate jobsnear.net You will develop and nurture relationships with engineering, product management, marketing, merchandising, etc. to ensure successful execution of your product vision from idea to execution—all the way to the hands of members.

• 5+ years experience in product management

You make data-driven decisions and provide outputs that impact the business at large. You have a proven track record of developing a product strategy, designed with experiments to prove what’s working—and what’s not.
• The ability to think big and small jobsnear.net You are a detail oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into actionable tasks. You are comfortable discussing strategy and long-term vision with our executive team, but also able to dive into the details designing a particular product feature that will make shopping at RGG an overall greater experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration jobsnear.net You must be not only the voice of the user, but at various times the voice of engineering, design, marketing, merchandising, engineering, and customer service. You love channeling many points of view.

Expected Base Salary Range: €80,000 – €85,000

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
