You will work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support.Our services will always be joined-up and you will develop robust partnerships with other teams and outside agencies; to include the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations.About You:We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are committed to making a difference. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Social Work and youmust have completed your ASYE.
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
