Senior Portfolio Director Mandatory Change -Capital Markets responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of regulatory change programmes within the Capital Markets division.
  • Implement strategic decisions and initiatives in line with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the regulatory change programmes.
  • Manage risks and issues associated with the portfolio, ensuring mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure the portfolio delivers value for money and meets the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Capital Markets division.

  • An advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry, particularly Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets products.
  • Experience delivering a range of regulatory programmes such as EMIR, MIFID, ESG, EU AI, T+1, CRD6, DORA….
  • Experience in leading and managing large-scale regulatory change programmes.
  • Excellent strategic decision-making skills.
  • Strong ability to manage risks and issues.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
