Senior Portfolio Director Mandatory Change -Capital Markets responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of regulatory change programmes within the Capital Markets division.
- Implement strategic decisions and initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the regulatory change programmes.
- Manage risks and issues associated with the portfolio, ensuring mitigation and resolution strategies are in place.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Ensure the portfolio delivers value for money and meets the strategic objectives of the business.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Capital Markets division.

- An advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, particularly Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products.
- Experience delivering a range of regulatory programmes such as EMIR, MIFID, ESG, EU AI, T+1, CRD6, DORA….
- Experience in leading and managing large-scale regulatory change programmes.
- Excellent strategic decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to manage risks and issues.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
