Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team in Dublin. This role involves supporting a range of legal and transactional activities, with a focus on the aviation leasing industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and structure legal documents, including lease amendments, side letters, and corporate approvals.
• Assist with tasks across the legal department, including transactional work, company secretarial duties, and compliance.
• Maintain organised filing of all documents in line with company protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or business.
• Strong legal drafting and document management skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
