I am working with an award-winning Investment Manager, with over £1 billion of AUM in the UK! They are on a huge growth trajectory, increasing their headcount by almost 25% in the last year.This is a newly created position in the Marketing department, with a strong focus on content and collateral, but the scope to get involved with a much broader remit. • Marketing Collateral Ownership: Oversee the creation and maintenance of client and adviser-facing materials. This includes marketing brochures for pre-sales support, aiding the Business Development team in driving sales, and performance reports that help investors track their investment outcomes.
• Content Creation: create content and write engaging copy across a variety of channels including digital and video.
• Design Integration: Work closely with the design team to ensure documents are visually appealing and effectively represent our premium brand.
• Compliance and Standards: Produce and maintain communications in compliance with financial promotion regulations, utilising systems like Dot Approve to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Feedback and Reporting: Gather input from internal stakeholders and target audiences to refine materials, identify gaps in the collateral suite, and to improve future strategies.
• Marketing Initiative Support: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager on broader campaigns, including email communications, webinars and events, thought leadership content, social media posts, and related projects.
• Literature Library Management: Maintain the online literature library by uploading documents to the CMS and ensuring all website collateral is current and accurate.

Required skills and experience:

• Must have experience within Investments.
• Strong content and copywriting skills.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Well-versed working in a fast paced environment.
