The role is part of the Audience Analytics Centre of Excellence, within the Product and Audience Group. The P&A group is focussed on building worldclass digital experiences and capabilities for realestate.com.au, Australia’s largest property website and app, with over 10 million Australians visiting each month. What The Role Is All About

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and drive business growth. You will partner with Marketing teams and analyse consumer behaviour and campaign performance data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance our marketing efforts and improve ROI.

You will work closely with Marketing teams and the Audience Analytics Centre of Excellence to:

  • Derive key insights for impact and support decision making for our strategic initiatives and roadmaps.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations across all verticals through strong visualisation reporting and verbal story telling.

  • Be the expert for attribution & experimentation analysis, working closely with stakeholders to ensure relevant data is 100% accurate and available in the required analytics platform and data warehouses.

  • Provide digital analytics support as required to marketing and product teams on campaign performance and optimisation opportunities.

  • Act as a thought partner across the business for the use of data analytics within the marketing function.

  • Be the champion for internal processes and systems and identify process improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Advanced experience with digital analytics solutions (i.e. Adobe Analytics & GA4)

  • Strong SQL skills to query and transform data from large databases (i.e. Google Big Query)

  • Experience with forecast modelling such as SARIMA and Prophet desirable.

  • Highly skilled in business intelligence and visualisation solutions such as Tableau

  • Exceptional storytelling, visualisation, and stakeholder engagement skills to clearly communicate insights

  • Excellent grasp of digital marketing, social, and SEO strategies and strong experience with attribution models.

  • Ability to work with our data and tagging teams to ensure we capture and structure required data.

  • Experience with experimentation, with good knowledge of best practices for measurement and insights.

  • A self-starter who can build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels and functions within the organisation.

  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
