No day would be ‘typical’, but you could expect to be involved in some or all of the activities listed below during the course of your career:
- Leading projects that drive artificial intelligence transformations, collaborating with diverse, international teams, and providing updates to high-level clients to achieve strategic objectives.
- Steering the pursuit of new work through client conversations and presentations, focusing on AI integration and optimization.
- Supporting the Market teams in building go to market strategies.
- Research & development in support of new AI based offerings.
- Designing & delivering AI-driven client solutions that comply with regulatory standards and align with client’ strategic objectives.
- Staying abreast of emerging trends in digital transformation and how they could be applied for the benefit of our clients.
- Crafting compelling proposals that demonstrate EY’s value proposition in transforming banking through AI.
- Collaborating with our partners and other parts of EY.

We want you to be thinking how you can apply your knowledge and push yourself to learn more in order to solve the difficult stuff.To qualify for the role you must have:
- Proven track record in client engagement and business development within the banking or financial services sector, in AI or digital transformation.
- A deep understanding of AI concepts, applications and ethical considerations.
- Hands-on experience in delivering advanced analytics, data science, and AI projects within the banking industry.
- Excellent understanding of the banking industry’s regulatory landscape and how it impacts the adoption of digital technologies.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
- A blend of experience in consulting and transformation across any of the following; AI, Data Science and Data Engineering.
- Experience and understanding of ML/ LLMs and major cloud/AI providers e.g AWS, Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of data architecture principles and good understanding of data security and privacy.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in agile project management and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing banking environments.
- Advanced knowledge of customer experience design and how AI can enhance customer interactions in banking.
- Software engineering experience (e.g. coding standards, version control, testing, review).
