• Collaborating with Partners on a variety of Banking & Finance matters, including complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance, and project finance.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic guidance to clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transaction structuring.
• Participating in negotiations and liaising with clients to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
• Mentoring and supervising junior team members , providing guidance and support as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• With 3-7 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law
• Law Degree
• Strong expertise in complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, and related areas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
