As a responsible asset manager, we actively invest for the long-term to help our clients, our people and the world to prosper.As a future Senior Investment Fund Analyst, you will report to our Investment Oversight Lead, and you will be part of AXA IM Select.DISCOVER your opportunityA Senior Investment Analyst is an integral member of the Investment Team, with accountability for funds their Asset class Pod endorses as well as leading the tactical asset allocation and portfolio construction recommendations they propose to the Investment team, managing the workflow around this as the leader of their asset class pod. A Senior Investment Fund Analyst is firstly accountable for the funds they recommend. They are required to work closely and support the other analysts within their pod and Investment Managers and ensure that fund recommendations align across portfolios and that investment due diligence for their funds and sectors is carried out in line with internal guidelines. The candidate should be able to work to tight deadlines to align with external or internal client requirements and will need to present internally or externally and to give updates and insights at internal and/or external committee meetings.The successful candidate will be responsible for Fixed Income fund research and monitoring and multiple asset classes through oversight of external investment managers and their offerings including Collective Investment Schemes (CIS), non-CIS, segregated mandates and structured products whilst supporting investment managers in the overall investment team output.Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Research, monitoring and oversight of external investment managers and their offerings including CIS, non-CIS, segregated mandates and structured products.
- Support asset allocation for sectors where there is an assigned responsibility.
- Support client relationship as required.
- Support the development of new investment strategies and propositions to establish and maintain a market leading investment offering.
- Continued professional development in support of competency assessments.

- Relevant experience working with Fund of Fund strategies or comparable structures
- Mid-senior level experience covering Fixed Income strategies
- CFA Charter holder (or working towards – at our discretion) or similar qualification
- Graduate and/or a finance related professional qualification
- Knowledge and experience of systems and processes, manager research, investment markets, and investment management techniques
- Capable communicator and presenter
