As a Senior Insight Analyst you will implement varying analytical techniques and tools to provide the business with actionable insights that will drive us forward. Experience with SQL and Excel are essential and understanding of tools such as Python and Big Query are also beneficial but not crucial. There is also a research aspect to the role whereby the Senior Insight Analyst is responsible for keeping up to date with news and trends around RG, communicating the relevance to us and making recommendations accordingly.We pride ourselves on giving our analysts the freedom to explore new software and analytical techniques to produce the best analysis possible. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is always at hand to provide guidance, brainstorm ideas and help teach new concepts.This role will be primarily focused around supporting our Responsible Gaming & Core Player Experience teams with data driven decisions. Responsible Gaming is a crucial area of the business and provides lots of opportunity for the successful Senior Insight Analyst to instigate real changes and progress within their career. The key stakeholders for this role will be the Head of Responsible Gaming & Director of UK Operations. The role will include optimising the performance of our existing RG processes, advising on the implementation of new legislation and helping our Product team make data driven decisions regarding our player onboarding journeys.You will have some experience as an analyst or in an analytical field with knowledge of statistical tools and methods. It would be even better if you had prior knowledge of responsible gaming and an enthusiasm for learning more is a must. You will be self-motivated with the desire to find and solve real business problems and confident in delivering your findings to multiple stakeholders across business departments.At the heart of it this role is to help the business better understand our players and provide data driven recommendations that will balance commercial value with responsible gaming priorities.So, what will you be doing?

  • Understanding the business, especially Responsible Gaming and Onboarding, to ensure analytical needs are met.
  • Pro-actively analysing data from multiple sources to provide timely and actionable insight.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and RG regulation.
  • To keep open and continue communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects.
  • Communicating findings confidently and coherently to drive change.
  • Proactively communicate and action own ideas.
