Meaningful Work From Day One
Provides a broad range of HR duties including employee relations, training, talent selection, compliance, policy development, and salary administration.
Provides HR assistance with policy interpretation, benefit questions, leave assistance, and employee communications.
Responsible for HR Business partner transactions in workday and data analytics.
What You Can Expect
Responsible for data integrity, serving as the Workday subject matter expert for the team. Works closely with the HRBP team providing support as it relates to employee data and reporting, deploying workforce planning, performance management and all HR related matters. Researches and analyzes data as it relates to HR.
Partners with Recruiters and leaders in the recruitment and selection process, from job description development, interviewing, talent selection and offer.
Ensures a successful onboarding experience for new employees including communication with employees, and partnering with the hiring manager to ensure a robust onboarding plan is in place for each new hire.
Engages regularly with teams to support fostering a positive and productive employee relations environment while providing feedback for pro-active intervention and resolution of people-related concerns. Proactively ensure positive employee relations strategies are in place and making an impact to a positive culture across all levels.
Provide direction and support on the process to ensure robust conversations occur between managers and employees regarding performance, including honest and accurate feedback, and the process in place to facilitate goal alignment, rating decisions, merit and bonus decisions.
Provides direction and support on day to day HR management processes, facilitating the execution of people and business strategies through people and organizational development.
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum of 5 years experience in the HR function, with a strong understanding of HR Information Systems (ideally Workday) and basic employment law.
Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other software, as needed.
Must be able to plan, organize, work independently, and complete assignments promptly and with little oversight; demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.
Detail oriented, process thinking, customer focused, problem solver; able to work with a team and independently
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills in planning and prioritizing work, to execute multiple projects.
Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
