You partner with various HR function teams, to work on employee onboarding, various HR related on site operation services, and employee separation processes/practices.THE PERSON:The ideal person for this role will have excellent communication and influencing skills. Proven leadership skills, with structured thinking and analytical skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead HR operations team in region
• Drive consistent quality of HR ops service delivery, and implementation in region
• Lead team to implement and ensure global policies and projects for local/regional smooth delivery

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of working on HR programs or global project management
• Experience in multinational environment

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferredAt AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.
