• A third-level qualification in Safety and Health at Work.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a health & safety role.
• Strong expertise in managing occupational health & safety for larger teams (50+ staff).
• Proven ability to coordinate and fulfill the role of Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP).
• Skills in evaluating and approving sub-contractor Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
• Experience conducting company health & safety reviews and audits.
• The ability to design and implement effective staff health & safety training plans.
• IOSH / Manual Handing and Safe pass trainer would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational health & safety consultancy services.
• Acting as a PSDP for construction and renewable energy projects.
• Expanding the scope of health & safety consultancy services within the organization.
• Promoting a culture of safety across all levels.
• Provide expert health & safety advice tailored to client needs.
• Oversee PSDP responsibilities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and method statement evaluations.
• Lead health & safety audits and implement improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver training initiatives for staff and stakeholders.
