About the role

We are creating a new D2C product in the LegalTech/InfoTech category and we are looking for for a highly motivated Growth Product Manager to join our growing team. As the Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating the backlog to ensure that our Acquisition and Activation journeys meet the needs of customers.

This Growth Product Manager will directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction. You will join a growing cross-functional Product team, focused on and measured by outcomes, and empowered to drive KPIs and business results.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers throughout their onboarding journey, and advocate for solutions based on their largest needs and pain points.
• Become the resident expert in understanding and communicating customers’ current and future needs, and build the strategies and roadmaps that bring delight to customers and meet our company’s objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (user experience research, design, data science, and marketing) and customers to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on and how we plan to solve them.
• Dive deep into data-driven insights about the competitive environment and our users and propose solutions that have a meaningful impact on core metrics for the business.
• Drive consensus with the leadership team and the wider product organization to define, prioritize, and own a roadmap, based on user and business impact.
• Prioritize and execute (i.e., product requirement documents, sprint plans, epics, and user stories) with your pod (design, engineering, and data science) to launch valuable and high-quality customer experiences.
• Define and optimize the key performance indicators for your team.
• Drive and improve the product development process with your team, ensuring that features shipped are high-quality and on time.
• Assist Engineering managers in leading agile software development ceremonies including daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives.

 

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful products and solutions.
• Passion for building product experiences that improve customer acquisition and activation.
• Skilled in creating and reviewing user stories, including granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, and quality assurance.
• Experience in building web and mobile/native app products.
• Diligent in prioritizing the product backlog while balancing customer and resource demands.
• Proficient in collating and defining feature requirements from stakeholders.
• Ensure that all product endeavors are highly organized, systematically tracked, and drive the success of OKRs.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
