Serve as the primary contact for client companies and their board of directors, maintaining communication with legal teams.
Organize, plan, and participate in meetings of the Board, Committees, and Shareholders.
Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Manage all statutory and regulatory filings, uphold records in compliance with requirements, address client inquiries, and act as a conduit between clients/directors on matters of company law and corporate governance.
Contribute to internal projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Boast a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a funds company secretarial role, ideally gained within an Irish corporate environment.
Ideally, possess a corporate secretarial qualification from the ICSA.
Display initiative, exceptional organizational and planning skills, methodical approach, keen attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Teamwork capability is essential.
Prior involvement with structured vehicles/aviation companies is advantageous.
Proficiency in the Companies Act 2014 is imperative.
Familiarity with Blueprint Software is beneficial.
