Your Role:

• Support Global Fund Accounting Europe Product and ETF Administration teams.
• Identify and resolve complex operational challenges.
• Review and oversee daily operational activities and documentation.
• Lead key projects, including ETF launches, from analysis to implementation.
• Propose solutions for process improvements and maintain risk controls.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with diverse responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word (preferred).
