Your tasks

• • You build up an automated and modern financial area together with your team
  • You work on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and assist in other related audits
  • You are responsible for coordinating our accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • You prepare analyses, forecasts, reports, and support within the budgeting process
  • You manage general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
  • You are responsible for payment transactions and bank accounting
  • You represent our finance team to external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers) and maintain close contact with our departments

Your profile

• • You have several years of professional experience in accounting (as an accountant, finance manager, certified accountant, or tax specialist), preferably in a Software-as-a-Service environment
  • You have knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS
  • You are proficient in Excel and have previous experience using ERP accounting software, preferably DATEV
  • You are keen to learn about modern financial topics, or you already have experience with KPIs, dashboards, investments, and data analytics and want to advance these topics
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills in German and English that enable you to argue convincingly across different hierarchy levels
