Join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company. In this role you will report directly to the CFO.Your main responsibilities as new Senior Finance Manager will be:
- Work in partnership with the senior management team and partners to deliver financial performance and profitability, focusing on key KPIs across the business including activity levels, customer profitability and working capital efficiency
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and provide feedback to senior business and financial stakeholders
- Continuously improving insights to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic leadership team, including proactive risk and opportunity identification
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning aligned with profit improvement objectives
- Directing a substantial finance team covering financial control, compliance, performance reporting, and billing functions
- Engaging with external advisors and the group tax team to ensure regulatory and tax compliance, including partnership tax filings and VAT obligations
About the you:
- You hold an academic degree and a professional accountancy qualification, with a previous experience in a professional services company
- You are fluent English ( both written and spoken) with a strong command of Dutch and French
- You have extensive experience of working and influencing at senior management level, with strong communication and commercial skill
- You will lead strategic change while managing day-to-day needs, driving current performance to meet short and long-term profitability targets.
