Senior Engineer (Compliance & Risk)Sector:ResidentialOverview:Are you a Senior Engineer from the Wicklow/South Dublin area? Do you want to work for one of Ireland’s leading sustainable home builders? Do you feel like you need a new challenge in your career and are seeking a new role with an exciting Irish company who offer long term work?This is a progressive, Irish Residential Developer with multiple high value projects across the Wicklow/South Dublin area, including high rise apartments, duplexes and high end housing.They currently have a need for a strong Senior Engineer with experience in quality, costing, compliance and design.Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Phase: Lead the development of Infrastructure & Services Reports; conduct geological and site risk assessments to inform project planning.
- Planning & Pre-Construction: Provide technical guidance on external design proposals; analyse third-party engineering reports to mitigate risks; manage key infrastructure applications (ESB, IW, Wayleaves, Telecoms).
- Construction Phase: Oversee compliance with building regulations; develop QA processes; ensure the quality of design, products, and workmanship; collaborate with Civil & Structural Engineers on technical submittals.
- General Duties: Drive innovation by evaluating new products and methods for sustainability and efficiency; mentor construction teams to maintain high standards of workmanship.
