We are only able to accept applications for those based in the United kingdom or have sponsorship to live and work in the United Kingdom.What you’ll do at Jamf:At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work.Jamf is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Director, Global Channel Marketing to lead and grow our Channel Marketing team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role will report directly to the SVP of Marketing, collaborating closely with the VP of Channel, and be responsible for the Channel Marketing strategy to drive pipeline and growth across multiple partner types, including resellers, carriers, MSPs/VARs, and distributors.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies, tools, and processes that generate measurable ROI. Further, this role will be responsible for optimizing our global channel marketing strategy, creating scalable programs, and aligning with regional and global business goals to ensure impactful, consistent, and efficient partner engagement.What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Global Strategy Development: Responsible for setting the long-term strategic direction across the entire channel marketing function ensuring it is scalable, adaptable, and aligned with regional nuances to drive channel partner pipeline across various partner types, including resellers, carriers, MSPs/VARs, and distributors
  • Channel Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of channel marketers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing their potential
  • Scalability & Structure:Build, implement and refine processes, tools, and frameworks to scale the global channel marketing team, ensuring the team can efficiently support and drive engagement across a diverse set of partners worldwide
  • ROI-Driven Campaigns: Adapt campaigns, messaging, and assets from global Marketing for all partner types to ensure a consistent voice within channel market to maximize reach and impact. Further, oversee the creation of original multi-channel campaigns to drive partner recruitment
  • Partner Enablement: Drive the development and execution of global partner enablement programs, including training, content creation, and co-marketing efforts that empower partners to sell effectively and align with the Jamf’s goals
  • Budget Management: Manage the global channel partner Marketing budget while also implementing a global MDF program to supplement Marketing budget and incentivize channel partners to drive incremental pipeline, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as a partner to the VP of Channel, working closely with the rest of the Marketing department in addition to Sales, Product, and regional Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to channel marketing that still addresses the specific needs of partners in each region
  • Data and Analytics: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing programs, ensuring continuous optimization and improved ROI. Provide regular reports and presentations to sales and marketing leaders and stakeholders
  • Market Insights and Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape and integrate these insights into channel marketing strategies and activities
  • Campaign Management & Demand Generation:
  • Oversee the creation of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and webinars, tailored for global markets and partner needs.
  • Leverage both direct and indirect marketing channels to drive lead generation, funnel optimization, and sales conversion.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns and initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in B2B organizations, preferably with a software company.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in global channel marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, managing large teams across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC). Experience working with a variety of partner types, including resellers, carriers, MSPs/VARs, and distributors, is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years selecting and implementing channel marketing tools to facilitate channel sales among a variety of partner types.
  • Proven Results:Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies that drive growth, revenue, and ROI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Leadership Skills:Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling a high-performance global team. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Tool & Process Expertise:Experience with channel marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and performance measurement tools. Ability to implement and optimize processes and tools that improve efficiency and partner success.
  • Strong Communicator:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Travel:Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to support global operations and partner engagements.
  • 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
