• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Align all campaigns with business objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints to maximise impact.
• Take charge of digital marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive optimal campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Strengthen and manage The Equine Warehouse brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
• Implement A/B tests to fine-tune ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Use performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS to refine and optimise campaign results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, working closely with brands to maximise partnership opportunities and sponsorship deals.
• Manage and inspire a talented team of 4, fostering collaboration and driving performance to achieve digital marketing goals.
• Come up with fresh, innovative marketing ideas that set The Equine Warehouse apart in the competitive landscape. Be the driving force behind creative, forward-thinking campaigns.
• Regularly monitor and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
• Experience in budget management and strategic decision-making.
• Energetic, confident, and proactive, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while leading a high-performing team.
• A passion for the equestrian industry.
