  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads with an agency to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage Paid Social Ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to meet campaign goals.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to boost ROI.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and create reports to improve outcomes.
  • Work with teams across Marketing, Design, Print, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend improvements in digital marketing.
  • Write engaging content for digital channels, including websites, emails, ads, and landing pages.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specializing in Google Ads, Paid Social Ads, social media management, and copywriting.
  • A track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, and other digital marketing resources.
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities, capable of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-moving, dynamic industry.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
