Senior Delivery Consultant – Orphoz

Who You’ll Work With

You will be based in our Dublin office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with clients’ senior management and their specialist departments.

What You’ll Do

You will work in the private sector and concentrate on managing the delivery and implementation of business change / business transformation management.

In this role, you will support the implementation of business transformation programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organisations. You will implement business transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long term project success. 

You will manage workstreams largely independently with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will lead consultants in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project’s objectives. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organisations. You will also support the preparation of proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or engineering with a strong record of academic achievement 
• 4-5+ years experience of project delivery in a project management office ( PMO ) within the context of business transformation transformation projects or equivalent
• Private sector professional experience in leading implementation centric change initiatives gained by serving in various industrial or service sectors or in a management consultancy
• Qualifications including Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, and Jira are desirable
• Proficient use of MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Expertise in program/project management, lean management
• Initial experience at management level and ability to hold workshops and coaching sessions
• Action driven individual with strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• Fluent and effective communication skill in English (verbally and in writing)
• Flexibility to travel extensively (COVID-19 restrictions permitting)
