Job Description:Job DescriptionAt IPS, you’ll apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our EMEA team out of our office in Dublin, Ireland.In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment and hiring of staff in all divisions.What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Division Leaders and hiring managers to identify project needs and desired qualifications for staff.
• Plan and implement recruiting programs based on qualifications and job descriptions for anticipated vacancies.
• Review CVs, verify academic records and previous work experience, and conduct interviews.
• Schedule and arrange for promising candidates to visit the company and interview with department managers and supervisors.
• Provide salary range guidance based on current, competitive compensation levels in the area.
• Attend job fairs as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant background (such as human resources or business administration).
• 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with using an ATS (preferably iCIMS).
• Strong ability to network, utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting for an engineering firm.

Travel will be required, up to 10% to attend networking or career events. Will work in office environments, may attend meetings on and off-site, and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.
