A devoted and reputable Construction Consultancy in Colchester is actively seeking an eager and personable Senior Construction Project Manager to join their established team.This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and shape diverse projects across sectors like retail, residential, education, and commercial offices.The Senior Construction Project Manager RoleThe Senior Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of projects. This position demands a high level of expertise and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of each project.Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing project planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project progression.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Providing expert advice and innovative solutions to address project challenges.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout each project phase.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status (RICS/APM) is ideal but not essential.
• Must have previous experience in a Consultancy role.
• A degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent is required.
• A strong background in managing Commercial Projects is essential.
• Possession of a full driver’s license is necessary.
