A vibrant and contemporary Construction Consultancy based in London is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Senior Construction Project Manager.This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about making a significant impact within the Commercial Property sector, focusing on fit-out and mid-sized projects valued between £500k-£15m.The Senior Construction Project Manager RoleThe Senior Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency, essential components for the success of any project. This role involves not only working with clients and contractors but also nurturing a positive team environment.As a key member of one of the most well-regarded and personable teams in the industry, the Senior Construction Project Manager will be involved in exciting, complex, and bespoke schemes across London.Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing diverse projects in the Commercial Property sector.
- Cultivating a collaborative and transparent working environment.
- Efficiently managing teams and project deliverables.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards it.
- The capability to efficiently lead projects and teams.
- A full driver’s license.
- Proficiency in managing all RIBA stages.
- Prior experience in a Consultancy role.
- Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.
