About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with the sales team to develop strategies and plans that deliver our business goals. Working closely with your stakeholders you will provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive performance.
Identify business improvement opportunities through insightful analysis
Collaborating with stakeholders to drive better commercial outcomes for TWE
Evaluation and challenge of forecasts, promotional plans, and investment assumptions
Contribute towards monthly management reporting cycle (insights, analysis & commentary)
Assist with budgeting, and long-term planning by maintaining financial models and collating insights from sales and demand planning teams.
Providing insightful commercial feedback to account teams and relevant stakeholders
About you
We are searching for a commercially astute finance professional who is comfortable delivering in a hands-on working environment. A capable influencer, you know how to guide business stakeholders through your insight, analysis, and commercial acumen.
Relevant commercial finance experience within FMCG/wine/liquor/beverages is preferable
CA/CPA qualification
Proven Excel/financial modelling skills
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective planning and project management skills
Experienced in influencing cross-functionally and effective stakeholder management skills
