The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems and infrastructure. This role involves working on projects related to cloud architecture, automation, and optimization to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud environments.At SITA, we are meeting the new needs of travel …today! Are you ready to join us?WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions to support business applications and services.
• Automate cloud infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ability to design and implement scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to cloud computing
• Experience in leading and managing cloud infrastructure projects
